The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate supports the Holiday Gift Shop by delivering personalized service and fashion and styling guidance. The role builds customer relationships and works toward in-store and digital sales goals while keeping the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest guidance about style and fit.
• Develop product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain a clean, customer-ready department.
• Work a flexible schedule and assist other departments when needed.
