Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide attentive service, honest feedback, and styling advice.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and completing light cleaning.
