Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media as selling tools to grow customer following
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to meet department needs
• Flexibly work occasional duties in other departments as required
