Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain a customer-ready department.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs and may occasionally support another department.
