Provide fashion-focused customer service and sales in the Holiday Gift Shop at Washington Square. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
- Develop product and fashion knowledge to support customers.
- Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.
- Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
