Summary

Provide seasonal sales and customer service in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and support sales through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and cleaning.
• Work flexible schedules and assist in other departments when needed.
