Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles
- Provide personalized service and honest fit and styling feedback to customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through networking and technology
- Collaborate with team to keep department customer-ready including stocking and re-merchandising
- Fill orders, perform price markdowns and assist with light cleaning tasks
- Participate in training to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Support an inclusive and respectful fitting experience for diverse customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and sensitivity to provide supportive intimate apparel fittings
- Self-motivated with drive to achieve sales goals
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
