Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through in-store and digital tools
- Use text and social media to drive sales and engage customers
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
- Fill orders and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and customer-ready sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
