• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending fit and styles
• Build lasting relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools like text and social media
• Support merchandising tasks including stocking remerchandising and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with light cleaning to maintain department presentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a customer-ready environment
• Use technology and networking to drive sales and follow training guidance
