Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Engage customers and build lasting relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media tools to grow customer following and drive sales
- Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty program
- Fill orders, restock merchandise and remerchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with team and be flexible to assist in other departments
- Handle merchandise safely including lifting and reaching as needed
