Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and selection
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
- Open new customer reward accounts to grow loyalty program membership
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, remerchandise, and execute price markdowns
- Maintain department cleanliness and customer readiness
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a variable and flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with a sales focus
- Comfortable using networking and technology for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organization and follow through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
- Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
