Seasonal retail sales role focused on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and digitally, and supporting department operations including merchandising and stocking. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally work in other departments as business needs require
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
