Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide personalized styling guidance and product feedback
• Use text and social media to support sales and customer engagement
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Assist with price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Grow customer base by opening new rewards program accounts

• Maintain physical stamina to handle merchandise and assist customers
