Summary

Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling customer orders and supporting store operations. The role requires working in a fast paced retail environment, using inventory systems and maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors. This position may require a flexible schedule to meet business needs and occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues per inventory control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup, markdowns and fixture relocation

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Eligibility to work in the hiring location and pass background check as required
