Summary

Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling customer orders and preparing shipments. Role requires maintaining inventory accuracy using inventory management systems and supporting store operations through backroom organization and event setups.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize stockroom
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist with markdowns, relocating store fixtures and special event setups

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
