Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments to resolve inventory issues
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and markdowns
• Relocate store fixtures as needed
• Follow quality standards in all fulfillment tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in a fast paced retail or logistics environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Comfort using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
