Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting store operations with a focus on accuracy and timely processing. Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to appropriate selling areas
- Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues in accordance with inventory control processes
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store events setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
- Perform general backroom organization and stock replenishment
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with using various technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to follow quality standards for packing and shipping
