Summary

The Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment team member supports store operations by receiving, unpacking and processing merchandise and fulfilling customer orders. This independent, results-oriented role helps maintain inventory accuracy and delivers outstanding customer experiences. Duties include preparing and shipping orders and assisting with stockroom and selling floor organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and unpack freight; deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process and research shipments
• Help maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as markdowns, special events setup and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment and using technology and new computer applications
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and frequent bending, reaching and lifting
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
