Summary
Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill and prepare customer orders for shipment following packing standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store activities such as special event set up and fixture relocation
- Assist with markdowns and backroom organization
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using various technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
