Summary

The Seasonal Retail Stock and Fulfillment role is responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling customer orders and supporting store operations. The role requires independence, motivation, attention to detail and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup, markdowns and fixture relocation

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology and new computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
