The Seasonal Retail Support Associate (Greeter) creates a welcoming environment for customers and supports store operations to improve productivity and performance. This role combines customer service with light retail duties, working primarily during peak seasonal periods and busy store hours.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter and thank them as they exit
• Manage customer traffic to ensure smooth organized flow during busy periods
• Offer shopping assistance such as providing beverages and directing customers to products
• Answer customer questions about products promotions and store policies
• Act as a brand ambassador sharing information about products mission and events
• Perform retail associate duties during slower periods including restocking and organizing displays
• Assist with transactions and basic point of sale tasks
• Maintain store readiness and housekeeping duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Luxury retail experience ideal
• Able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
• Available to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in both fast paced and slower environments
• Familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
