Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and support sales and back of house operations to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Assist across guest service areas including call center, guest kitchen, sales floor, concierge, and administration. Support store opening and closing tasks and help maintain a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with individual shopping needs and product location
• Support front of house and back of house functions including transfers and charge sends
• Prepare store for opening and closing and maintain clean front and back of house areas
• Stock cash wraps with packaging and fold and straighten merchandise
• Process sales transactions and follow return markdown tax and security policies
• Prepare food and beverages to client specifications in the guest kitchen
• Provide floor assistance to support other departments as needed
• Direct phone calls and questions to appropriate store areas
• Exhibit professional presentation and customer focused demeanor

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience preferably in luxury retail
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong time management and multi tasking skills
• Collaborative team player who supports all departments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow with the company
