Seasonal Sales Assistant supporting the sales team at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets location. Role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, maintaining visual standards, and assisting with inventory and POS transactions during the seasonal assignment.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and to support Sales Associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with sales related policies and procedures
• Maintain back of house organization and efficiency
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Direct customers to appropriate sales associates and assist in resolving client problems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the seasonal assignment from November 16 2025 through January 3 2026
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to reach bend kneel stoop and handle merchandise
• Strong customer service and sales orientation with effective communication skills
