Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal full time sales assistant supporting store operations during the holiday assignment. Role focuses on merchandising, point of sale transactions, stock checks, and providing warm customer service while maintaining back of house organization and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and support sales associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual merchandising tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with sales policies and procedures
• Maintain organization of back of house areas
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate staff
• Help resolve client problems and complaints as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during November 16, 2025 through January 3, 2026
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to reach overhead bend kneel and stoop
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
