Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant joining the store team for the holiday season to support sales, client management and store operations while delivering elevated customer service and representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand and product knowledge and apply master selling skills
• Assist Sales Associates with ringing and selling ceremony and greeting clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty
• Support client relationship management and event-driven business development
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving, transferring and stock arrangement
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to front of house
• Remain in compliance with company operational policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including retail sales system, Word, Excel and email
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results driven attitude
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and able to work in a fast paced environment
