Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Assistant will join the store team for the holiday season to support sales, operations and client engagement while reporting to the Store Manager. This role focuses on delivering elevated customer service and supporting merchandising and stock operations during peak period.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Associates with ringing, selling ceremony and greeting clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to increase loyalty and drive sales
• Support client relationship management and in-store events
• Manage goods receiving, transferring and stock arrangement
• Conduct stock takes and maintain backroom organization
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to front of house
• Remain compliant with operational and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury experience preferred
• Proven selling and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including retail sales system, Word, Excel and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing and high energy with a can do attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results
