Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant for the holiday season supporting store operations and sales efforts. Role focuses on delivering elevated customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining store presentation and inventory standards. Reports to the Store Manager and supports business development through client relationship management and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver the brand experience
• Assist Sales Associates with ringing and selling ceremonies and greeting clients
• Drive sales and support client relationship management and events
• Manage stock and backroom tasks including receiving transferring and stock arrangement
• Conduct stock takes and reporting as required
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to sales floor
• Remain in compliance with company operational policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience luxury experience preferred
• Proven customer service and selling skills
• Basic computer skills including retail sales system Word Excel and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High energy positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with results driven approach
