Summary

The Seasonal Sales Associate creates exceptional client experiences and builds lasting relationships during Holt Renfrew's Holiday 2026 selling season. This temporary role supports sales goals, product education, and selling-floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Create extraordinary client experiences and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and service goals.
• Share product and style expertise, and keep current through product and brand education.
• Connect with clients about products, events, and personalized recommendations.
• Support merchandising, product presentation, and selling-floor activities.
• Resolve client needs with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion, style, and building a personal brand.
• Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for the seasonal selling period from as early as October 2026 through January 2027.
