Seasonal Sales Associate

Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer service during the holiday season, supporting assigned departments and contributing to a collaborative retail environment. Role involves assisting customers, referring to specialists when needed, and working varied shifts between late October and late December.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service within assigned areas of the store
• Assist customers with product selection in departments such as accessories, womenswear, menswear, gifting and beauty
• Support sales and merchandising efforts to maintain visual standards
• Refer customers to specialist colleagues for personalized or complex service needs
• Process sales transactions and support commission-based sales activity
• Work scheduled shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday period
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Requirements

• Passion for luxury retail and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings between October 27 and late December
• Willingness to learn on the job with on the job training provided
