Responsibilities

• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock
• Support fitting room operations and garment care
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills and ability to operate cash register
• Ability to stand walk and lift merchandise during shift
