Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassador focused on providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience during the seasonal period. The role supports sales goals, company initiatives and customer connectivity using multiple shopping channels and store technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations.
• Participate in team training and support store initiatives.
• Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technologies to support sales.
• Engage in clienteling and network to build a clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate register and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver on the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
