Summary

Seasonal Sales Associates provide customer service and sales support across multiple departments during the hiring event and peak season at the Somerset Collection store. Roles include working in women's apparel, lingerie, shoes, men's apparel, kids apparel and shoes, accessories, customer service, and fulfillment with opportunities for on-the-spot hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and provide product recommendations
• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising and sales floor presentation
• Support fitting room and returns processing
• Participate in fulfillment tasks such as stocking and order preparation
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
• Attend interviews and onboarding as part of the hiring event process

Requirements

• Availability to work seasonal hours during peak periods
• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willingness to participate in background check
