Seasonal Sales Associate - Woodbury

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing customer relationships. The role provides knowledgeable, attentive service while maintaining the boutique's presentation and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop a client network by capturing customer information.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop basic pen repair and after-sales service skills.
• Maintain store aesthetics, open and close the boutique as needed, and support communications and transfers when management is absent.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and handle product carefully.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; luxury or jewelry sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach, bend, use a ladder occasionally, and lift or unpack large boxes.
