Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain customer correspondence to build client relationships and drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and promote the full Ralph Lauren assortment.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and sales.
- Assist with inventory, special events, store projects, and perform opening and closing duties.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company dress and grooming standards.
- Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer experience.
- Communicate professionally with store management, peers, and corporate partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi task in high pressure environments.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
