Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal business periods. This role works across front and back of house to help deliver an elevated client experience and maintain product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors throughout the client journey.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise, replenish products, and support product flow between the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, inventory activities, and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Dependable, flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days is required.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
