Seasonal Sales Support - American Dream

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering warm, memorable client experiences through hospitality, support of sales operations, and assistance with gifting and after sales tasks. This role supports the sales and operations teams by maintaining store presentation, assisting with engraving and wrapping, and helping manage client flow during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create personalized, memorable experiences.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
• Perform POS functions after a client completes a purchase.
• Assist with engraving station and related tasks where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality area ensuring it is stocked, orderly and clean.
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
