Job Description

Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience. This role embodies brand values, serves as a knowledgeable brand ambassador both front of house and back of house, and helps deliver a personalized and elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full life cycle of the client experience including welcoming and engaging clients.
  • Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships and manage client outreach.
  • Drive sales and key KPIs such as ADT, UPT, data capture, and repurchase rate.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory preparation and execution when necessary.
  • Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Client centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
  • Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
