Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a polished, high-service client experience through the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team with merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation.
• Maintain organized workstations and selling-floor merchandise standards, and replenish supplies.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities.
• Assist with after-sales needs, including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at a company-designated location.
