Summary

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations in a luxury boutique. The role supports the sales team and helps deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by handling merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain organized workstations, stocked supplies, and merchandise standards on the selling floor.
• Assist client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
