Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high level of client service during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Organize workstations and the selling floor, replenish supplies, and maintain merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities, and assist with after-sales tasks such as logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the designated company location.
