Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides front- and back-of-house support in a luxury boutique from November through December 31. The role supports the sales team and helps deliver a welcoming, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging.
• Support the selling process by hanging, returning, and retrieving merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and presentable.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the company-designated location.
