Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. The role supports the sales team and helps maintain a high-quality client experience during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain supplies and merchandise standards across the workstation and selling floor.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at a company-designated location.
