Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain organized workstations and selling-floor standards, and keep supplies stocked.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, including after-sales support and repair records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
