Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary, in-person role supports the sales team and contributes to an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist with client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities, as well as after-sales needs.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain repair records and client communications.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance.
