Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary position runs from November through December 31 and supports an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer questions, assist with wrapping and packaging, and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Support the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, as well as after-sales tasks such as logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active records.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance and work in person at a designated company location.
