Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver excellent client service during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain organized workstations and selling-floor standards, and replenish supplies and merchandise.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including repair records and client follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and provide courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
