Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Maison Madison

Summary

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at the Hermès Maison Madison boutique. This role supports the sales team and contributes to a high level of client service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, as well as After Sales tasks.
• Log repairs, contact clients, maintain active records, and answer phones promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
