Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary, in-person role supports the sales team and contributes to a welcoming client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active records.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, with Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
