Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Provide operational support in a retail store to help deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal role supports store operations for a maximum of three months.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative functions.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, transfers, inventory documents, and cash office procedures accurately.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate supplies, and coordinate repair, engraving, and embossing services.
• Support inventory preparation, shrink reduction, and improvements to store processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; collaborative approach to supporting store departments.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds, including packing, unpacking, and moving stock.
