Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a welcoming, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and presentable.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active client records.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance.
